Welcome to Quarter 1 of 2024

In the winter of 2024, our team had a lot of fun connecting with the community through local events such as Snow Much Fun, where our newest staff member, HOPE-Y the Hippo, made her first guest appearance. Children and families stopped to take photos with HOPE-Y while learning ways to support mental health across all ages. Weal so celebrated Mental Health Month by wearing green as a staff and enjoying a night on the town together at Muskegon’s Frauenthal Theatre. As we move into spring, we’re reminded that just like the season, mental health is about growth, renewal, and the hope that brighter days are always ahead. 🌱
