Fall 2024 – Newsletter
As fall arrived, our team remained actively engaged in supporting and promoting good mental health throughout the community while also encouraging seasonal self-care. In October, we participated in Mediation & Restorative Justice’s Trunk or Treat, creating a safe and welcoming space for families while sharing mental health resources, and we proudly fundraised for March of Dimes in support of healthy families and strong communities. November focused on awareness and connection as we recognized Men’s Mental Health Month and shared educational and supportive messaging on our social media, along with reminders about prioritizing self-care and emotional well-being during the heightened stress of election season. In December, we continued these efforts by promoting mental health awareness around the holiday season, emphasizing balance, boundaries, and compassion for ourselves and others.
As the days grow shorter and routines shift, fall is an important reminder to check in with ourselves and those around us. Staying connected, maintaining routines, moving our bodies, and making space for rest can help support mental well-being during seasonal changes. Fall invites us to slow down, reflect, and care for our mental health —so we can enter the winter months feeling grounded, supported, and resilient. 🍂
